Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a five-connected-valve functional safety circuit for a chassis domain controller system. The five-connected-valve functional safety circuit comprises a micro-processing unit, five connected valves, a five-connected-valve high-side drive circuit and a five-connected-valve low-side drive circuit, wherein the five-connected-valve high-side drive circuit is connected to both the micro-processing unit and the five connected valves, the five-connected-valve low-side drive circuit is connected to both the micro-processing unit and the five connected valves, and according to the operation state of the micro-processing unit, the five-connected-valve high-side drive circuit and the five-connected-valve low-side drive circuit operate in a cooperative manner, thereby controlling the five connected valves to enter an operation mode or a safe mode. In the present application, a five-connected-valve drive is divided into a high-side drive and a low-side drive, the high-side drive uses an intelligent high-side drive chip to simultaneously control the supply of power to four airbag valves and an air storage valve, and the low-side drive uses a discrete low-side drive chip to separately control the five valves, such that the circuit is simple and highly reliable, and a requirement for high functional safety is met while the cost is reduced.
