Abstract:

Provided is a fixing device for fixing a developer image onto a recording sheet by spraying an electrified fixing solution toward the developer image on the recording sheet by electrostatic spraying, the fixing device being characterized by comprising: a housing part that houses the fixing solution therein; a plurality of nozzles that link with the housing part and spray the fixing solution toward the developer image; and a potential difference forming part for forming a potential difference between the fixing solution in the nozzle and the recording sheet conveyed at a position apart from the nozzle.
