Abstract:

A flexible display panel (2) manufacturing method, the method comprising the steps of: providing a carrier substrate (3) and a transparent substrate (1) provided with a flexible display panel (2); setting a laser radiation path, and irradiating the carrier substrate (3)using the laser along the set laser radiation path so as to form a marked area on the carrier substrate (3); correspondingly disposing the flexible display panel (2) in the marked area; irradiating a second time from one side of the transparent substrate (1) using laser along the set laser radiation path so as to release the flexible display panel (2) from the transparent substrate (1); and separating the flexible display panel (2) from the marked area on the carrier substrate (3) to obtain the flexible display panel (2).
