Abstract:
This production method for flexible printed wiring boards comprises: an ejection step in which a plurality of individual flexible printed wiring board pieces are ejected as a result of lifting up a plate-shaped jig; and a transfer step in which the plurality of ejected individual flexible printed wiring board pieces are transferred to a tray having a holding structure that positions the plurality of individual flexible printed wiring board pieces. The plate-shaped jig has: a plurality of guides that prevent movement of the plurality of individual flexible printed wiring board pieces in the planar direction; and a positioning unit that positions the plurality of individual flexible printed wiring board pieces positioned by the plurality of guides, positioning same relative to the tray so as to directly face the holding structure on the tray. The transfer step has: a stacking step in which the tray is stacked on the plate-shaped jig; and an inversion step in which the plate-shaped jig and the tray are vertically inverted.
