Abstract:
The present invention provides a fluorine-containing ether compound which is represented by the following formula. R1-O-R2-CH2-R3-CH2-R4-CH2-R5-CH2-R6-CH2 -R7-CH2-R8-O-R9 (In the formula, R3, R5 and R7 represent same perfluoropolyether chains, or perfluoropolyether chains including at least one different perfluoropolyether chain; each of R2, R4, R6 and R8 independently represents a divalent linking group having one or more polar groups; and each of R1 and R9 independently represents an end group that contains a tertiary amine and is expressed by -X-NR10R11 (wherein X represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms; R10 and R11 represent same or different aliphatic groups; and R10 and R11 may form a ring structure together with a nitrogen atom).)
