Abstract:
A fryer device (11) configured in such a manner that holding containers (17) are supplied into a frying vessel (14) with the holding containers (17) holding raw materials (12) for fried products (13), the raw materials (12) are immersed into frying oil (7) in the frying vessel (14) to produce the fried products (13), and the holding containers (17) holding the fried products (13) are discharged sequentially from the frying vessel (14). The fryer device (11) is provided with a lifting mechanism (19) capable of immersing the raw materials (12), which are held in the holding containers (17), into the frying oil (7) in the frying vessel(14) by lowering the holding containers (17) located in the frying vessel (14) to a lower stage position, and also with a transfer mechanism (18) capable of transferring the holding containers (17), which hold the materials (12) or the fried products (13), from the supply opening (14b) side to the discharge opening (14c) side of the frying vessel (14).
