Abstract:
A full-automatic vacuum drying furnace comprises: a drying oven (90); a heating apparatus (80), for heating the drying oven (90); a vacuumizing device (70), for vacuumizing the drying oven (90); a nitrogen input apparatus, for filling nitrogen into the drying oven (90); and a conveying apparatus (60), disposed in the drying oven (90) to drive a material to move. Two first openings (91) are formed on two opposite sides of the drying oven (90). At least one of the first openings (91) is provided with an automatic sealing door (10). The automatic sealing door (10) comprises a first door plate (11) and a second door plate (21) that are disposed in parallel. A lifting mechanism (30) for lifting the first door plate (11) and the second door plate (21) is disposed between the first door plate (11) and the second door plate (21). The drying furnace can improve the drying efficiency.
