Abstract:
The present application provides a full-process visual management method for patent cases, said method being applied to an information processing platform. The information processing platform comprises a plurality of processing terminals. The method comprises: determining main nodes of a full management process and determining connection relationships between the main nodes, said nodes corresponding to a patent case type and comprising: opening of a case, acceptance, and preliminary examination; displaying on each processing terminal in a visual manner said main nodes and the connection relationships therebetween, the main nodes in an inactive state being displayed in a muted manner, each main node comprising a plurality of sub-nodes, and sub-nodes in an inactive state not being displayed; upon receiving a trigger operation corresponding to a sub-node, activating the sub-node, and displaying the activated sub-node in a visual manner in the corresponding main node process. The method allows for the state of a case to be obtained in a rapid, accurate, and credible manner. In addition, the invention further provides a full-process visual management apparatus for patent cases, and a device and a storage medium.
