Title:
FUNCTIONAL ANTI-REFLECTION LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/006874
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a functional anti-reflection film which achieves not only high transmittance but also excellent adhesion to an inorganic thin film even in cases where an inorganic thin film such as a transparent conductive film or gas barrier thin film that has high refractive index and low light transmittance is laminated on the surface of an organic-inorganic composite thin film. A functional anti-reflection laminate of the present invention, wherein a first layer and a second layer are sequentially formed on a resin base, is characterized in that: the first layer is an organic-inorganic composite thin film that has a film thickness of 500 nm or more and contains (a) a condensation product of an organosilicon compound represented by formula (I) RnSiX4-n and (b) an organic polymer compound; the second layer is a transparent conductive film or gas barrier film that has a film thickness of 10-300 nm; the surface of the second layer is provided with a microrelief structure that has a height of 40-500 nm and a pitch of 50-400 nm; and the surface specular reflectance at an incident angle of 12° for a wavelength of 500-700 nm is 3% or less.
