Abstract:
The device comprises the carrier garment (1), forming the support on which a second portion, the carried garment (2), is attached, intended to carry the newborn infant or baby. The carrier garment (1) has an opening at the chest of the adult allowing skin to skin contact between the adult and the carried baby or newborn infant. The carried garment (2) forms a seat, and can be provided with trouser legs (15) and sleeves (14). The carried garment (2) constitutes both a carrier element and a garment used to cover the limbs and the back of the carried newborn infant or baby.
