Abstract:
Provided by the present invention are a gastric cancer monitoring kit and a use method therefor, the kit comprising: a reagent A, which is prepared by adding 5% of SDS to an ammonium bicarbonate solution having a concentration of 10 mM; a reagent B, which is prepared by adding no less than 2.4 unit/μL of exoglycosidase to NP40 having a concentration of 10%; a reagent C, which is a mixture liquid composed of, in equal volume, a solution of 20 mM of APTS dissolved in 1.2 M of citric acid and a solution of 2M of an organic reducing agent dissolved in DMSO; and a reagent D, which comprises 0.5 μL of NH4AC having a concentration of 100 mM and a pH of 5.6, 0.2 μL of sialidase, and 2.50 μL of hydrogen peroxide. The kit, on the basis of a fingerprint spectrum for detecting oligosaccharide chains in blood glycoprotein serving as a diagnosis index, evaluates a gastric cancer patient, so that a tumor stage of the gastric cancer is diagnosed.
