GLUE COATING DEVICE FOR LAYING TRANSPARENT OPTICAL CABLES

A glue coating device for laying transparent optical cables comprises an outer housing (2) and an inner housing fit inside the outer housing (2). A glue cavity (4) is provided inside the inner housing. The outer housing (2) is provided with an installation end (1) at one end thereof, and a glue injection end at the other end thereof. The glue coating device is installed onto a glue injection gun via the installation end (1). A glue injection zone (46) is provided at an interface of the glue injection end and passes through the glue cavity (4). A front preprocessor (22), configured to remove any unwanted object on a cable-laying path, is arranged at the glue injection end and at a side surface (21) of the outer housing (2) and forms an integral part of the outer housing (2). The front preprocessor (22) comprises two separating and guiding sides (220) forming an angle of 120° therebetween and protruding outside the outer housing (2). An interface of the outer housing (2) is provided with a cable-positioning track (23) arranged at one side of the glue injection zone (46). The device is simple in structure, easy to operate, injects glue at a fixed amount, and has a favorable coating effect.
