Abstract:
A garment processing device according to the present invention comprises: a hand part 315 for gripping an article to be processed T; a gripping success/failure determination part which determines whether the article to be processed T has been successfully gripped when using the hand part 315 to grip the article to be processed T; and a state modification part which modifies the position, attitude, or shape of the article to be processed T prior to re-gripping the article to be processed T by using the hand part 315 if the gripping success/failure determination part has determined that gripping of the article to be processed T has failed.
