The first damping members 37 are inserted and mounted into the first spray holes 22a respectively to first damp spray pressure of the contents transferred through the transferring hole 20a of the comb body 20 and to spray the contents uniformly to the inner space of the teeth base 24. The second damping members 38 are mounted in the inner space, which is located in a directly downward direction of the second spray hole 24a of the teeth base 24, so as to second damp spray pressure of the contents sprayed through the first damping members 37 and to spray the contents to the second spray holes 24a uniformly. It is preferable that the first and second damping members 37 and 38 are mounted at predetermined intervals from each other.

The container part of the hair setting apparatus for providing the comb part with mousse or spray will be described in more detail. The nozzle pressurizing member 46 is located on the upper end of the concave groove 42b of the main cap 42, the coupling protrusion 46a protruding in an upward direction of the through hole 42a is connected with the hose 44, and the leakage stopping member 52 is arranged on the inner circumference of the container. After the fixed clamp 48 is fixed onto the lower surface of the ring type rib 42c of the main cap 42, an end of the movable clamp 50 is movably mounted on the lower surface of the ring type rib 42c, and the grip 50a of

the movable clamp 50 protrudes upwardly through the grip hole 42d of the ring type rib 42c.

After the movable clamp 50 is moved in the opposite direction of the fixed clamp 48 to expand the diameter between the movable clamp 50 and the fixed clamp 48, the upper end ring portion 40a of the container 40 is inserted into the concave groove 42b.

Then, the lower surface of a side of the upper end ring portion 40a of the container 40 is supported by the inner circumference of the fixed clamp 48, and at the same time, the pressure protrusion 46b of the nozzle pressurizing member 46 is inserted into the upper end of the nozzle 40b of the container 40. In this condition, when the movable clamp 50 is moved to the fixed clamp 48 so that the inner circumference of the movable clamp 50 is located to support the lower surface of the ring portion 40a of the container, the main cap 42 is moved downwardly to a predetermined distance corresponding to a thickness of the ring portion 40a of the container, and as the result, the pressure protrusion 46b of the nozzle pressurizing member 46 presses the nozzle 40b. In other words, to locate the inner circumference of the movable clamp 50 on the lower surface of the ring portion 40a of the container 40, the user presses the whole main cap 42 downwardly as deep as the thickness of the ring portion 40a of the container 40, then, the movable clamp 50 is moved, and at this time, the pressure protrusion 46b of the nozzle pressurizing member 46 naturally presses the nozzle 40b through power, by which the main cap 42 is pressurized.

The lower surface of the movable clamp 50 completely moved is supported by a fixed bent section 42e formed on the lower surface of the ring type rib 42c of the main cap 42, and thereby, the coupling between the movable clamp 50 and the ring portion 40a of the container 40 is finished. After that, the fixed bent section supports more closely the movable clamp 50 through repulsive force of the nozzle 40b.

Meanwhile, the contents of the container 40 is discharged from the nozzle 40b

pressurized by the pressure protrusion 46b of the nozzle pressurizing member 46, and the discharged contents is transferred to the comb (not shown in the drawings) of the hair setting apparatus through the hose 44, and thereby, the user can make desired hair style.

Industrial Applicability As described above, the hair setting apparatus according to the present invention can allow the user to make various hair-styles and spray the contents smoothly through the damping members by coupling the teeth portion of various shapes, such as a tube type, to the outer circumference of the comb body.

Furthermore, because the main cap is coupled to the upper end of the container and the contents are discharged from the nozzle through the pressure protrusion, the present invention can save costs as there is no need to fonn a screw thread on the upper end of the container, the upper end ring portion of the container can be easily assembled and disassembled by handling the movable clamp, and the contents can be discharged smoothly.

While the present invention has been described with reference to the particular illustrative embodiments, it is not to be restricted by the embodiments but only by the appended claims. It is to be appreciated that those skilled in the art can change or modify the embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
