Disclosed is a head-mounted video perspective display device, comprising a display holder (4), dual cameras (1) connected through the display holder, a display (2) and two lenses (3). Various display holders can be adopted in accordance with the relationship between a camera visual angle and a critical visual angle. When the camera visual angle is less than the critical visual angle, the display holder (4') comprises: a holder rod (41'), angular adjustment mechanisms (42') arranged at both ends of the holder rod in a tilted manner and a distance adjustment mechanism (43') located at the centre of the holder rod. The cameras are fixed at both ends of the holder rod through the angular adjustment mechanisms. When the camera visual angle is greater than the critical visual angle, the display holder (4) comprises: a holder rod (41), camera placement faces (41a) located at both ends of the holder rod, two reflector faces (42) arranged in parallel and facing each other. The reflector faces are at a 45 degree angle with the camera placement faces. The cameras are fixed to the camera placement faces by a distance adjustment mechanism (43). The present head-mounted video perspective display device can adapt to inter-pupillary distances of different users, and presents a picture consistent with the naked eye so as to realize video perspective.
