1-This invention is a method of carbon crystallizing (1) characterized in that it comprises at least one stage of change (increased/reduced) in temperature between 500-1300 C° while heat treatment is applied on heat resistant products (ceramics, porcelain, etc.) by the means of firing.

Description:
HEAT TREATMENT METHOD FOR CARBON CRYSTALLIZING Technical Field

This invention is related to a heat treatment method for carbon crystallizing. Said method can be applied on all the heat resistant materials such as ceramics and porcelain for such purposes as creating designs or increasing material's power of resistance.

Background of the Invention

Clay is formed by means of mixing earth and water at the first stage of the ceramic production. After pressing and kneading processes clay is given a form and dried. After that, surface glazing or decoration can be done if needed.

The formed products are fired in kilns at various temperature and the ceramics usually starts to get harden after the heat reaches at 600 C° The bisquit fired products are taken out of the cooled kiln and colored if needed. After that the product is glazed if needed and then fired again.

The color of glaze can be affected by the kiln temperature, being oxygen reduced or oxygen increased. The firing in ceramics production is performed at approximately 600- 1200 C° depending on additives.

This invention can be applied on all the heat resistant materials such as ceramics and porcelain and is related to carbon crystallizing method realized as a result of changing the temperature adjustment at least once.

The figures are provided in the enclosed pages in order to enable a better understanding of the system according to the invention, in which:

Description of the Invention

This invention is related to a heat treatment method for carbon crystallizing. Said method can be applied on all the heat resistant materials such as ceramics and porcelain for such purposes as creating designs or increasing material's power of resistance.

The method which is the subject of the invention comprises at least one stage of change (increased/reduced) in temperature between 500-1300 C° while heat treatment is applied on heat resistant products preferably by the means of firing. After the temperature applied at 500-1300 C° is changed at least one time the carbon crystallizing (1 ) is realized on the products. This method is effected under normal air pressure without any need of different air pressure to be applied. The invention can be applied on all the heat resistant materials such as ceramics and porcelain.

By carbon crystallizing (1 ) different patterns and various designs can be created on the products. At the same time, it increases the strength of the material against environmental factors such as corrosion, friction.

One another preferable use of the invention is masking the desired parts of material thus enabling carbon crystallizing (1 ) to be realized on those parts only. It is obvious that a person skilled in the art may implement the innovation put forward by the invention by using similar embodiments. Consequently, it must be considered that the similar-alternative embodiments or implementations will mean the violation of our application.
