Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a ferrite powder having greater residual magnetization and coercive force than do spherical hard ferrite particles, as well as a maximized value of magnetic permeability μ" in a specific frequency band; a method for producing the same; and a resin composition containing this ferrite powder and molded articles using this resin composition. Hexagonal plate-shaped ferrite powder containing 7.8-9 wt% of Sr, 61-65 wt% of Fe, and 0.1-0.65 wt% of Mg, and a method for producing this ferrite powder, a resin composition containing this ferrite powder, and molded articles and the like using this resin composition are employed to achieve this purpose.
