Abstract:
A high-airtightness capsule filling machine, comprising a rack (1). The rack (1) is provided with a first high-airtightness cavity (11) and a first negative pressure system acting on the first high-airtightness cavity (11). The first high-airtightness cavity (11) is provided therein with a partition plate (111). The partition plate (111) divides the first high-airtightness cavity (11) into a filling chamber (112) for filling medicine powder and a cleaning chamber (113) for cleaning parts. The partition plate (111) is provided with a transport window (1111) for communicating the filling chamber (112) with the cleaning chamber (113). The transport window (1111) is provided with an opening/closing door. Dust removal tools are provided in both the filling chamber (112) and the cleaning chamber (113). The filling chamber (112) is further provided therein with a disassembly tool for disassembling the parts. Several operation ports (114) are provided on side walls of the filling chamber (112) and the cleaning chamber (113). Isolation operation gloves are provided on the operation ports (114). The high-airtightness capsule filling machine can solve the problem of the personnel health protection in a capsule filling production process of high activity, radioactivity, and unknown toxicity drugs.
