Abstract:
A high-entropy FeCrCuTiV alloy powder for laser melting deposition manufacturing. The composition of the high-entropy alloy powder is, in percentage by weight, chromium 17-20%; copper 22-25%; titanium 16-19%; vanadium 17-20 %; and iron 19-22%. The solid solution effect of the alloying elements of the high-entropy alloy such as Ti, V, and Cu can effectively alleviate differences in thermal expansion coefficient, melting point, and elastic modulus of a tungsten/steel or tungsten/copper interface, can reduce the residual stress level at the heterogeneous interface in a laser melting deposition preparation process and avoid the precipitation of a Laves phase, and can meet the manufacturing requirements of tungsten steel and tungsten copper heterogeneous parts for fusion reactors. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the high-entropy FeCrCuTiV alloy powder for laser melting deposition manufacturing.
