Abstract:
A high-frequency circuit (1) comprises: power amplifiers (10 and 20); a transformer (32) having an input-side coil (321) and an output-side coil (322); a bias circuit (50) connected to the power amplifiers (10 and 20); an output terminal (76) connected to one end of the output-side coil (322); an output terminal (77) connected to the other end of the output-side coil (322); a switch (41) connected between the output terminal (76) and ground; a switch (42) connected between the output terminal (77) and ground; a phase-shift line (12) having an input end connected to the output terminal of the power amplifier (10) and an output end connected to one end of the input-side coil (321); and a phase-shift line (22) having an input end connected to the output terminal of the power amplifier (20) and an output end connected to the other end of the input-side coil (321).
