Abstract:
A high-precision quantitative glue dispensing mechanism, comprising a base (1) and a glue injection apparatus (2) provided on the base (1); the glue injection apparatus (2) comprises a glue dispensing cylinder (21), a piston (22), a push rod (23) and a moving mechanism (24); the glue dispensing cylinder (21) is provided on the base (1), is filled with glue, and is used for adding the glue; the piston (22) is slidably provided in the glue dispensing cylinder (21); the push rod (23) is provided on the piston rod; and the moving mechanism (24) is provided on the base (1) and is used for pushing the push rod (23) to move. The piston is driven by the moving mechanism to move, so as to add the glue from the dispensing cylinder onto a metal sheet, and thus the glue added each time is quantitative, reducing the waste of the glue.
