Abstract:
A high-temperature-resistant and oxidation-resistant light-weight heat-insulation foam material and a preparation method therefor. The foam material is one of an SiBCN foam material, an SiHfBCN foam material, an SiBCN/C composite foam material or an SiHfBCN/C composite foam material, and is prepared from a precursor solution by means of template impregnation, curing, drying and cracking processes, wherein the precursor solution is an SiBCN precursor solution or an SiHfBCN precursor solution, and the template is a polyurethane foam or an organic carbon modified polyurethane foam. The prepared SiBCN foam material, SiHfBCN foam material or SiBCN/C composite foam material and SiHfBCN/C composite foam material have the advantages of high temperature resistance, a low thermal conductivity, oxidation resistance, a low density and a high strength.
