The invention relates to building construction and can be used for building new and reconstruction old buildings. The inventive set comprises wooden pillars embodied in the form of a beam provided with a metal core inside thereof and lined with wooden plates which are connected to said core by means of metal wall dowels provided with holes for connecting elements. Said set also comprises wooden beams, posts and girders provided with metal core in the form of a flange beam, fencing panels, floor panels, coverings embodied in the form of cells which are filled with vapour-insulating and heat-insulating material and arranged between two boards, a wooden frame embodied in the form of longitudinal and transversal boards which are treated with anticeptic and fire-retardant and interconnected in such a way that they form one piece by means of two metal elements having U-, or T-, or L-shaped cross section, repeating the frame configuration and embracing the frame panels on two sides thereof. In addition the covering and floor panels are provided with supporting metal plates connected to the top and lower ends of the U-, or T-, or L-shaped metal elements.
