Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the technical field of strip steel processing and production apparatuses, in particular to a hydraulic apparatus for quickly disassembling a roller shaft bearing. The hydraulic apparatus comprises a power device and a fixing device, wherein the fixing device comprises a box body and four supporting columns; the box body is a cuboid with an opening on one side thereof; a hydraulic hole is formed on a side wall of the box body, and a clamping groove is formed on the opposite other side wall of the box body; the clamping groove is U-shaped, and the width of the clamping groove is larger than the diameter of a roller shaft and smaller than the width of a bearing; the power device comprises a fixed flange, a hydraulic cylinder and an ejector block; and the ejector block is a cylinder, the diameter of the ejector block is smaller than that of the roller shaft, and the ejector block is fixedly arranged at the top of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder. The present utility model has the advantages of saving on manpower, being light in structure, occupying a small space, being convenient to store and transport, not occupying a special workshop space, being used on site, being simple to operate and easy to maintain, and facilitating energy conservation and environmental protection.
