Abstract:

Compounds represented by the general formula (1) or salts thereof, or hydrates of both, which are safe and have moderate physicochemical stability and which are useful as preventive or therapeutic agents for diseases caused by thrombus formation wherein R^1a, R^1b, R^1c and R^1d are each independently hydrogen or the like; R² is optionally substituted phenyl or the like; R³ is optionally substituted C_6-10 aryl or the like; Z¹, Z² and Z³ are each independently hydrogen or the like; Z⁴ is hydrogen or the like; and X is a single bond, -CO-, or the like.
