Abstract:
The hydrogen generation device pertaining to the present invention is provided with a reformer for generating hydrogen gas, a combustor for heating the reformer, an exhaust route for combustion exhaust gas generated by the combustor, a first CO sensor disposed in the exhaust route, and a second CO sensor disposed in the exhaust route. Through this configuration, detection values of each of the first CO sensor and the second CO sensor can be utilized for inspection, and an abnormality in each of the first CO sensor and the second CO sensor can therefore be detected also during normal operation of a system. There is also no need to intentionally change the air ratio in the combustor so that the CO concentration in the combustion exhaust gas increases.
