Abstract:
The present invention relates to ice tanghulu that stimulates the texture through sound, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing ice tanghulu, and ice tanghulu manufactured by the manufacturing method, wherein the method comprises the steps of: inserting skewers into cavities of a molding tray equipped with cavities where multiple molded fruits will be formed; injecting fruit juice into the cavities of the molding tray; freezing the injected fruit juice in the cavities through molding tray freezing to form multiple molded fruits on the skewers; separating the skewers with multiple molded fruits from the molding tray; coating the multiple molded fruits on the skewers with heated sugar syrup to form a sugar coating layer on the surface of the multiple molded fruits; and rapidly cooling the multiple molded fruits with the sugar coating layer.
