Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a first light source (112) that emits light having a first color temperature lower than 4,000 K; a second light source (122) that emits light having a second color temperature higher than 4,000 K; and a control unit (130) that executes switching control for alternately emitting the light having the first color temperature and the second light having the second color temperature to the first light source (112) and the second light source (122) at an interval of 40 seconds or longer and 10 minutes or less.
