Title:
IMAGE-CAPTURING LENS AND IMAGE-CAPTURING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2011/046053
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an image-capturing lens composed of three lens elements, the image-capturing lens having satisfactorily corrected aberrations despite being smaller in size than conventional image-capturing lenses. An image-capturing device using the image-capturing lens is also provided. An image-capturing lens is provided, in sequence from the object side, with an aperture stop, a first lens, a second lens, and a third lens. The first lens is a positive meniscus lens which is convex to the object side and concave to the image side. The second lens is a concave lens which is concave to the object side. The third lens is a negative lens. The image-capturing lens satisfies the conditional formulas of 0.10 < D4/f < 0.25 (1) 0.00 ≤ |f/f2| < 0.65 (2), and -2.50 < f/r3 < 0.00 (3), where D4 is the air gap (mm) between the second lens and the third lens on the axis of the lenses, f is the focal length (mm) of the entire system of the image-capturing lens, f2 is the focal length (mm) of the second lens, and r3 is the curvature radius (mm) of the surface of the second lens which is located on the object side.
