Abstract:
An image output system (1) is configured to be provided with an image formation device (10) provided with a print engine (11) for performing saddle stitch printing, a stapling unit (17) for performing saddle stitch processing, and a cutting unit (19) for cutting ends of printed matter, and an information processing device (10) having a function of instructing the image formation device (10) to perform output processing, and is characterized in that the print engine (11) has a function of performing top/bottom borderless printing, the cutting unit (19) has a function of cutting one side on the edge side of the printed matter subjected to the saddle stitch processing, and in response to the instruction from the information processing device (20), the image formation device (10) cuts the one side on the edge side of the printed matter subjected to the saddle stich processing after the top/bottom borderless printing.
