Abstract:
The present invention realizes an image processing apparatus or the like capable of appropriately expressing the texture of an image included in a picture. An image processing apparatus (100) is provided with: a division unit (11) that divides an image into a plurality of divided areas; a score calculation unit (12) that calculates a score indicating the level of a specific texture in each of the divided areas; and a texture adjustment unit (14) that adjusts the specific texture according to the scores of the divided areas.
