Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to prevent a reduction in the quality of a captured image caused by the use of a wrong container in an imaging control device, a method for operating an imaging control device, and an imaging control program. When shape information for the bottom surface of a container in which an observation sample is stored is different from shape information for the bottom surface of a predefined container, a reporting unit (for example, display device 30) reports that the container is different, or an imaging unit 16 captures an image after changing an imaging condition based on the shape information for the bottom surface of the predefined container to an imaging condition based on the shape information for the bottom surface of the container in which the observation sample is stored.
