Abstract:
An imaging device (1) according to this disclosure comprises an imaging unit (2), a signal separation unit (5), a normal calculation unit (6), and a distance estimation unit (7). The imaging unit (2) is provided with: a plurality of polarized light sources (21–24) for which the directions of polarization of light radiated onto a subject differ; and a polarization sensor (11). The imaging unit captures images of the subject simultaneously irradiated with light from the plurality of polarized light sources (21–24).
