Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a compound useful as a dopamine D1 receptor positive allosteric modulator (D1 PAM). [Solution] The present inventors have studied on compounds each of which has a positive allosteric modulating activity (a PAM activity) on a dopamine D1 receptor and can be used as an active ingredient for a prophylactic or therapeutic pharmaceutical composition for cognitive dysfunction, schizophrenia negative symptoms, CIAS, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, depression, ADHD, drug dependence and the like. As a result, it is confirmed that an imidazodiazepine compound according to the present invention has a PAM activity on a dopamine D1 receptor, and the present invention has been accomplished. The imidazodiazepine compound according to the present invention has a PAM activity on a dopamine D1 receptor and is expected to be used as a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for cognitive dysfunction, schizophrenia negative symptoms, CIAS, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, Huntington's disease, depression, ADHD, drug dependence and the like.
