Abstract:
An information processing device according to the present invention comprises: a first acquisition unit for acquiring an interference fringe image of diffracted light, which has been diffracted by an object of observation and which has been obtained by irradiating the object of observation with illumination light, and reference light that does not pass through the object of observation; a generation unit that performs a computation process based on Fourier iterative phase retrieval to generate, from the interference fringe image, a reconstructed image depicting a given cross-sectional plane of the object of observation, and generates candidate images for the reconstructed image during the computation process; a second acquisition unit for acquiring an index image that serves as an index for the picture quality of the reconstructed image demanded by a user; and an instructions-outputting unit that outputs instructions to end the computation process on the basis of comparison results for the candidate images and index image.
