Abstract:
Provided is an insulated wire (1, 2) having a rectangular conductor (11, 21) and an insulating film (12, 22) that covers the outer periphery of the rectangular conductor, wherein in at least one surface of the insulated wire, the insulating film satisfies the following (a) to (c): (a) the minimum value (14) of the thickness thereof is 75-350 μm inclusive; (b) the difference between the maximum value (15) and the minimum value of the thickness thereof is 10 μm or less; and (c) a value obtained by dividing the minimum value of the thickness by the maximum value thereof is more than 0.900 but 1.000 or less, and the size (16) of a void generated when surfaces satisfying the abovementioned (a) to (c) are superimposed is 20 μm or less.
