Abstract:
Disclosed is an integrated water-cooled chamber body for a new-energy vehicle, comprising side profiled material, end profiled material, water-cooled profiled material, and blocking caps; the two side profiled materials and two end profiled materials are welded to form a rectangular frame body; a plurality of water-cooled profiled materials are welded to each other to form a bottom plate, and said bottom plate is welded on the bottom surface of the frame body; a water-cooled flow channel is disposed on each water-cooled profiled material; the water-cooled flow channels on the two adjacent water-cooled profiled materials in the bottom plate are connected; the blocking caps are welded at both ends of the bottom plate; the blocking caps close the end surfaces of the water-cooled flow channels on the water-cooled profiled materials; a water inlet and a water outlet are provided on the bottom plate. The present invention integrates a conventional water-cooled separation plate and a chamber body, and, in comparison with conventional structures on the market, is simpler; a water-cooled flow channel is disposed on each water-cooled profiled material, thus satisfying battery thermal management requirements according to operating conditions; the present invention utilizes a general tailor welding process for profiled materials, has high grouping efficiency, light weight is improved by 30%, is composed of high-strength 6-series aluminum alloy, and has high structural strength and strong anti-corrosion; heat dissipation and heating efficiency are increased by 30%.
