Title:
LAUNCH METHOD, LAUNCH DEVICE, ACCELERATION METHOD, MASS DRIVER, AND TRANSPORT SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/149132
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To devise a launch method and launch device for a ground/air to space launch. [Solution] In an acceleration method that uses a magnetic fluid/linear motor car proposed in an orbital ring system, there was a risk that an object in the system could not be accelerated to orbital velocity. To address this, the present application examines acceleration by firing photons or charged particles and using the reaction therefrom. Furthermore, in the present application, in order to achieve an orbital velocity exceeding 8 km/second in a launch device 2MS, which is a mass driver device and not an orbital ring system, a launch object is included in the launch device, and the launch object is accelerated and launched toward a target (outer space or celestial body such as a satellite, planet, etc.) by firing photons or charged particles having a firing velocity faster than the orbital velocity and using the reaction therefrom.
