Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a layered electrode body and a power storage element which are relatively easy to produce, and which achieve a comparatively accurate relative position between a bagged positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate. The layered electrode body according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a bagged positive electrode plate which is formed by disposing a positive electrode plate having an active material layered region of a rectangular shape as viewed in a plan view between two separators each having a resin layer and a heat resistant layer formed on the resin layer, and by welding the two separators at the outer side of the active material layered region of the positive electrode plate; and a negative electrode plate which is not bagged, wherein the bagged positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate are layered such that welded regions of the separators of the bagged positive electrode plate are included in a projection region of the negative electrode in a plan view.
