This LED module (1) is provided with: a mounting substrate (10); a first LED group (11a) including a plurality of LEDs (11) mounted on the mounting substrate (10) in a first light-emission area (110) extending in a first direction; a second LED group (12a) including a plurality of LEDs (12) mounted in a second light-emission area (120) positioned outside the first light-emission area (110); a dam material (15) which surrounds the periphery of the second light-emission area (120); a first fluorescent resin (16) which covers the first LED group (11a), and which causes light having a first colour temperature to be emitted from the first light-emission area (110); and a second fluorescent resin (17) which covers at least the second LED group (12a), and which causes light having a second colour temperature higher than the first colour temperature to be emitted from the second light-emission area (120). The viscosity of the first fluorescent resin (16) is higher than that of the second fluorescent resin (17).
