Abstract:
A lifting apparatus and a lighting device. The lifting apparatus comprises: a bottom rod (1), which is internally provided with a first sliding cavity (11); a plurality of lifting rods (2), wherein each lifting rod (2) is internally provided with a second sliding cavity (21), the plurality of lifting rods (2) are arranged in sequence in the lengthwise direction of same, the first lifting rod (2) is slidably arranged in the first sliding cavity (11) of the bottom rod (1), the next lifting rod (2) is slidably arranged in the second sliding cavity (21) of the previous lifting rod (2), and two adjacent lifting rods (2) are in transmission connection with each other; a power portion (3), which is in transmission connection with the first lifting rod (2) and is configured to drive the plurality of lifting rods (2) to rise or fall; and an anti-falling apparatus (4), which is connected to at least one of the lifting rods (2).
