Abstract:
This light amplification device comprises: an optical fiber amplification part that amplifies, while propagating with a time difference, two pulse laser lights respectively having a first wavelength λ1 and a second wavelength λ2 which are at least mutually different, and outputs a first amplified light and a second amplified light which are respective amplified lights of the pulse laser lights; and an optical distance adjustment part that causes the emitted first amplified light and second amplified light to propagate over different distances through the optical fiber amplification part, and superimposes the first amplified light and the second amplified light.
