A light-emitting device, according to one embodiment, comprises: a first sub-unit which emits light of a first wavelength; a second sub-unit disposed below the first sub-unit and emitting light of a second wavelength longer than the first wavelength; and a third sub-unit disposed below the second sub-unit and emitting light of a third wavelength longer than the first wavelength, wherein the first sub-unit, the second sub-unit, and the third sub-unit include a first LED stack, a second LED stack, and a third LED stack, respectively, and the first sub-unit further comprises a first top contact electrode and a first bottom contact electrode electrically connected to top and bottom surfaces of the first LED stack, respectively, and an extraction element for increasing the efficiency of extracting the light of the first wavelength.
