Abstract:
A light-on returning jig, and a panel detection method thereof. The light-on returning jig comprises: a flexible circuit board (10) and an X board (20), one end of the flexible circuit board (10) is provided with a bonding area for bonding to the X board (20), and the other end thereof is provided with a bonding area for bonding to a chip on film of a liquid crystal panel (40) cutting off a cell test pad (30); the X board (20) is provided with detection pads (50) for connecting a cell-stage detection device and the flexible circuit board (10); the flexible circuit board (10) being provided with internal wiring (60), and when the flexible circuit board (10) is simultaneously bonded to the X board (20) and the liquid crystal panel (40), the internal wiring (60) is used for communicating the detecting pads (50) and the chip on film of the liquid crystal panel (40). The light-on returning jig and the panel detection method thereof can improve the detection yield and reduce the waste of costs for materials, machines and manpower, so that a module-stage panel can return to a cell stage for detection.
