Disclosed in the present invention is an on-line evaluation method for the vibration reduction effect of a subway vibration reduction track, comprising: enabling a vibration reduction track evaluation cross section and a common track comparison cross section to be in the same traveling direction, capturing a vibration source intensity when the same train passes through the two cross sections, calculating the maximum Z vibration level of a tunnel wall acceleration and an insertion loss of the maximum Z vibration level, obtaining an insertion loss sample when a plurality of trains pass through, calculating an expectation and a standard difference of the sample, converting normal distribution into standard normal distribution, solving a confidence of the vibration reduction amount of the vibration reduction track reaching a nominal vibration reduction effect by looking up a normal distribution z value table, and taking the confidence as an evaluation index of the vibration reduction effect of the vibration reduction track. According to the present invention, the on-line evaluation of the vibration reduction effect of the subway vibration reduction track is changed from fixed value evaluation to evaluation based on the confidence when a certain vibration reduction amount is reached, thereby solving the technical problem that an evaluation result is highly dependent on selected analysis data, and making the evaluation result more scientific and accurate; and the vibration reduction effect of the subway vibration reduction track obtained by the method can guide scientific design and selection of the vibration reduction track.
