Abstract:

Realized is a high-display-quality liquid crystal display device in which neither flicker nor crosstalk is generated and there is no risk of defective display lines being induced even when polarization inversion driving is performed. A signal line driving circuit (8) of a liquid crystal display device (1) inverts the polarization of a data signal applied to selected pixels selected in a certain field using different numbers of selected pixels as units in a direction along the data signal lines.
