Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device and a fixing device (100) thereof. The liquid crystal display device comprises a light source, a light guide plate (102) and a liquid crystal panel (103). The fixing device (100) comprises a side plate (110), a top plate (120) extending vertically from an upper end of the side plate (110), a baffle plate (130) extending vertically from a middle portion of the side plate (110), and a leaning plate (150) extending vertically from a lower end of the side plate (110), the baffle plate (130), the top plate (120) and the side plate (110) form a first clamping groove (140) for receiving the liquid crystal panel (103), the baffle plate (130), the leaning plate (150) and the side plate (110) form a second clamping groove (160) for receiving the light source, and a lower end of the leaning plate (150) is further connected to a support portion (170) for supporting the light guide plate (102), and a retaining wall (180) is formed between the support portion (170) and the leaning plate (150). By carrying out aluminum sectional material integrated molding treatment on the fixing device (100) of the liquid crystal display device, the assembly of the liquid crystal display device is simplified. In addition, due to the design that one end of the light guide plate (102) leans against the retaining wall (180), the distance between the light source and the light guide plate (102) is reduced, thereby reducing the thickness of the liquid crystal display device, improving the optical coupling efficiency of the light guide plate (102), and further avoiding the compression to the light source when the light guide plate (102) is heated to expand.
