Abstract:
A lithium-ion secondary battery (5) and a related preparation method therefor, a battery module (4), a battery pack (1), and a device. Specifically, the lithium-ion secondary battery (5) comprises a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, an electrolyte, and a separator film. The positive electrode plate comprises: a positive electrode current collector; and a first positive electrode active material layer and a second positive electrode active material layer sequentially disposed on at least one side of the positive electrode current collector. The lithium-ion secondary battery (5) satisfies -1 ≤ log10(u/v) × w ≤ 15.5, where u is the thickness of the first positive electrode active material layer in microns, v is the thickness of the second positive electrode active material layer in microns, and w is the conductivity of the electrolyte at 25°C in mS·cm-1. The lithium-ion secondary battery (5) provides good performance, exhibits low discharge resistance at low SoC levels, and generates less gas at high temperatures.
