Abstract:
A lock-in type powder containing a polyphenol; the lock-in type powder as described above which is excellent in prolonged storage stability, shows substantially no worsening in color tone or color change even after storing over a long period of time, and can sustain favorable effects over a long period of time without suffering from neither change in aroma qualities nor lowering in the deodorizing and antioxidative effects; and a solid preparation containing the same.
