Abstract:
A lodging assistance device (1) according to the present disclosure is provided with: an identification unit (11) that identifies reservation information of a user at a lodging facility by authenticating the identity of the user; a check-in unit (12) that performs check-in processing for the user on the basis of the reservation information; a registration unit (13) that associates and registers the card ID recorded on the card key used to unlock the room in which the user will stay after the check-in processing has been performed for the user, and service information regarding the service included in the reservation information; and a service processing unit (14) that, upon acquiring a request including the card ID read from the card key, performs processing according to the service information associated with the card ID.
